This team provides the digital ability for the bank to sell products; they develops the application paths in which a customer can apply for a product and the online and in branch application forms as well as integration into systems for fulfilment of products.
They also support in-branch customer relationship management and this involves the development of a tool the branch staff use to provide responsive and personalised information of the customers they are dealing with. Processes & CRM is made of several development teams, all of which are working in an agile scrum methodology.
They support Santander’s Technology’s growth while meeting a challenging regulatory agenda in the UK market and play an important role in delivering the on-going digital transformation plan.
