Service Management and Support is the function that “keeps the bank running”.  They provide technical support for all Santander’s software in the retail and corporate banking environment, everything from mortgage, mobile, internet and ATM platforms, branch portals and all other background applications and systems.  Their role is to ensure these are working effectively, securely and reliably. Service Management and Support collaborate in the detection, diagnostics & correction of issues and develop strategies to prevent re-occurrence and manage volume transactions in terms of system changes and supporting the integration of new systems and applications.
